Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance/accounting or related field.
• CPA, CFA, CMA or MBA is an asset.
• Minimum 10+ years in finance, equity derivatives or related areas.
• Experience leading large teams and managing P&L
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely reporting for income statement and balance sheet for Global Equities Derivatives businesses.
• Liaise with Front Office, IT, Risk, Finance and other control functions.
• Advise front-office and stakeholders with insight on financial results.
• Lead P&L validation, attribution metrics, and SOX controls review.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, including AI-enabled improvements.
• Monitor trading portfolios for operational issues and ensure controls.
