Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• At least two years in grant reporting and analysis.
• Proven supervisory experience with ability to develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting functions of LEAP’s $7M annual budget.
• Prepare and submit grant financial reports.
• Supervise the finance team, ensuring continuity in payroll and financial operations.
