McCormick & Company, Incorporated invites applications for a Finance Director, Flavors in a hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role provides financial leadership to U.S. Frito teams and oversees global consolidation, strategy, and reporting.

The ideal candidate partners with commercial leaders to drive growth, profitability, and informed decision‑making, delivering advanced financial analysis, automation, and data‑driven insights across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance, financial analysis, or planning experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience supporting finance or business initiatives.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to present clearly to different levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight of forecasting and budgeting for the U.S. Frito business.
• Lead global Frito financial consolidation, including cross-region activities, investments, pricing, business continuity, productivity, and other global priorities.
• Partner with demand planning, sales operations, sales, marketing, commercialization, supply planning, and supply chain finance.
• Work with business partners to identify financial gaps, create action plans, and capture opportunities.
• Provide financial support for new products, reformulations, and customer pipeline opportunities.
• Develop financial insights for ad hoc business requests, including sales and profitability by product, customer, and business unit.
