A smaller, growing, light manufacturing/distribution B2B company with a presence in multiple countries is seeking a Finance Director/Controller with a clear ascension to CFO.

Newly created due to growth, the role would involve reporting/consolidations prep or oversight, along with various Forecasting, F/P&A, and Strategic assistance to leadership to help scale for further growth. An in-demand product category.

Seeking an "A" caliber candidate with the intangibles and qualities to be the top person. Favorable traits to include experience or expertise with a company which operates globally, along with a company who\'s worked toward an investment event or transaction (a plus). Most importantly, seeking a demonstrated, prior achiever with an entrepreneurial mindset. A willingness to be hands-on, but the wherewithal to help scale and a CFO mindset. Primarily in-office.
