The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting/finance, extensive experience in finance roles, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders while leading finance staff and maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and operations of the school.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to the administration.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement financial plans and monitor progress.
• Conduct financial analyses and present findings to the Board of Trustees and senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and vendors.
• Manage and supervise accounting, payroll, and other financial staff.
