Job summary

Fremont Street Experience Limited Liability Company, located in Las Vegas, seeks a Director of Finance to oversee all financial, accounting, budgeting and forecasting activities. This role provides leadership to ensure strong controls and procedures to protect assets.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of finance leadership experience within a dynamic organization. A background in entertainment or real estate leases is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
• At least 5 years experience managing a finance department with accounting, budgeting, forecasting and administration.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal skills.
• Experience presenting budgets and forecasts to the board or senior management.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and policies.

Responsibilities

• Create annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Develop financial procedures and reports including cash flow and income statements.
• Prepare pro forma reports and review journal entries.
• Communicate weekly/monthly reports and trend analyses to senior management.
• Oversee legal functions and coordinate with outside accounting firm for annual audit.
