Job summary

Travelers’ Finance and Analytics team seeks a Director of Finance for Integrated Operations and Europe Operations to lead multi-year and annual planning, forecasts, and month-end close. You will present monthly financials to partners, identify trends, and influence strategic decisions while mentoring finance professionals.

You will guide complex analyses, manage regulatory changes related to financial reporting, and partner with operations to optimize enterprise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA with finance or accounting concentration.
• Extensive experience with Financial Analysis concepts, principles, processes, applications and accounting practices, preferably in P&C insurance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize reports into impactful exhibits and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Review team reports and provide coaching on accuracy and presentation.
• Execute analyses aligned with broad business objectives and regulatory changes.
