Insurance + GAAP Accounting + FP&A
Ideally, you'll have minimum 8 years' experience and a strong foundation in insurance accounting, GAAP close and financial reporting, alongside genuine FP&A and strategic exposure.
Experience working with Actuarial and understanding reserve development would be highly beneficial.
They're particularly interested in people who have moved from a traditional accounting background into FP&A and strategic finance.

Base: $120,000 - $170,000 + discretionary bonus
