Sprague Hotel Developers is seeking an experienced Financial Director to oversee financial operations, strengthen accounting processes, and provide strategic financial guidance to leadership. This role balances hands-on accounting oversight with big-picture planning, compliance, and team development.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and collaborating with leadership to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Progressive experience in accounting, finance leadership, or financial management.
• Experience with Acumatica or similar cloud-based ERP/accounting software and 3rd-party payroll processing preferred.
