Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or AIS, are US‑work eligible, and have strong Excel and analytical skills. The program emphasizes mentorship; transcripts are requested for interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting Information Systems (graduation by Sep 2027).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available for this position.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Participate in Dow’s Finance Development Program with multiple job assignments.
• Gain exposure to Dow’s businesses and key leaders within a global finance team.
• Assignments will vary to complement the hire’s background and provide broad experience.
