Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, including supervision of related staff and third-party resources.
• Manage operational financial data and ensure its integrity and accuracy across accounting systems.
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify systems, transaction, and reporting improvements for the Finance department.
• Stay abreast of new regulations to ensure GAAP adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Finance staff and recruit for the department; act as head in the Director’s absence.
• Oversee monthly financial close and coordinate payroll mappings with HR.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist with annual budget and 1099 preparation.
