Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in finance, business, data, or related field.
Extensive experience in finance transformation, analytics, data management, or advisory roles.
Deep understanding of financial data structures, reporting, governance.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proven change leadership experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data visualization.
Proficiency with MS365 and analytics platforms (Power BI).
Experience in industrial/energy environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of how financial data is delivered and reported.
Simplify finance data menus, structures, and reporting definitions.
Promote innovative data sharing, visualization, and self-service analytics.
Develop training, tools, and resources to improve data accessibility.
