Job summary

Havis, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to help build a next-generation analytics capability at the intersection of data, finance, operations, and strategy.

The role combines data engineering, modeling, BI, and process improvement to transform complex datasets into timely insights. You will work with Finance, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, build models, automate data workflows, and deliver reporting tools that improve decision-making and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, and data validation skills.
• Experience with ML/AI concepts and model development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and document requirements for data-driven solutions.
• Design, validate, and maintain analytical models and AI-enabled tools.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple data sources.
• Develop dashboards and executive visualizations to translate data into insights.
• Apply ML, forecasting, and analytics to support planning and performance.
