Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Proficiency with statistical and machine learning packages for quantitative analysis.
• Experience researching and analyzing financial datasets.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Degree in quantitative field such as computer science, data science or financial engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data ingestion pipelines.
• Extract insights from data and generate features or signals for alpha generation.
• Develop domain expertise across financial asset classes and datasets.
• Produce curated datasets to standardize research and support backtesting.
