Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, data science or financial engineering.
• Proficiency with statistical and machine learning packages for quantitative analysis.
• Experience researching and analyzing financial datasets.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Strong passion for financial markets and related datasets.
• Knowledge of deep learning models.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering teams to optimize data ingestion pipelines and ensure high-quality data input.
• Collaborate with portfolio manager teams to extract insights and generate features or signals for alpha generation.
• Develop domain expertise across financial asset classes and datasets.
• Produce curated datasets to standardize research and conduct quantitative analysis to generate ideas and validate hypotheses through backtesting.
