Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Financial Analyst to help evolve the Reporting COE from static reports to driver-based forecasting. You will maintain monthly packages, build new reports with the automation team, and develop sources that support executive decision-making.

The role emphasizes Power BI and Excel proficiency, analytical rigor, and collaboration across internal partners in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years in finance data reporting preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in finance-related data reporting, BI, or related.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing financial data, forecasts, trends, and metrics for decision-making.
• Proficient in Power BI and Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas, modeling, charts).
• Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks across functions.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain existing monthly reporting packages to ensure consistent operating rhythm.
• Support development of new reports and collaborate with automation to deliver insights.
• Implement reporting guidelines and automations into existing reports.
• Build timely data sources to facilitate decision making.
• Collaborate with Enterprise D&D Finance to identify reporting gaps and build solutions.
• Support the Reporting COE to fill in capacity gaps as needed.
• Document processes with SOPs for a balanced reporting environment.
• Participate in other ad hoc projects as needed.
