Job summary
Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd. seeks a senior Product Owner to own the Finance data, integration, and reporting backlog for a major ERP modernization program.
You will sit between Finance business teams, ERP consultants, and the Azure data engineering team to deliver trusted finance data products. You do not need to be a Workday expert, but you must know Finance deeply in at least one major ERP (PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and drive decisions across a multi-phase
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ERP Finance, finance data, or product ownership leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Finance modules in at least one ERP platform.
- Experience on ERP modernization or finance transformation programs.
- Ability to elicit requirements and produce user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Comfort working with CFO stakeholders and data engineers.
- Experience with Agile delivery tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Hybrid work capability from Cary, NC.
Responsibilities
- Own, groom, and prioritize the Finance backlog for data, integrations, and reporting.
- Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a sequenced roadmap tied to close cycles and dependencies.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demos with the data engineering team.
- Partner across Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, and Finance Systems stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate UAT with Finance users and sign-off.
