Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix is seeking a Lead Data Analyst within the Finance Data Analytics team to own design, build, and operational maturity of finance data products that turn business logic into reliable, enterprise-grade analytics.

You will convert reports into Snowflake production views, deliver dynamic Tableau dashboards, and lead ETL/ELT solutions that unify sources for CFO and program decision-making, with emphasis on SOX controls and governance.

Qualifications

6+ years in data analytics/data engineering with Finance domain exposure (FP&A, Controllership, Program Finance).
Advanced SQL; Snowflake and Tableau experience building production-grade views and dashboards.
Strong Python for data processing, automation, and statistical analysis; ETL/ELT expertise.
Proven data validation, reconciliation, and audit-ready controls.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate finance data products with enterprise-grade analytics.
Create Snowflake production views and dynamic Tableau dashboards for CFO and program decisions.
Lead ETL/ELT solutions integrating ERP/EPM, SCM, CRM, and other data sources.
Implement SOX-compliant data quality, governance, and access controls.
Develop predictive models and agentic AI workflows to accelerate insights.
