Job summary

Honeywell in Charlotte seeks a Sr. Data Program Management Specialist to lead data programs that improve commercial performance and enable smarter decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders to align priorities and deliver trusted dashboards, datasets, and metrics while ensuring adoption and impact. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales operations, analytics, and technology, with a hybrid work schedule and an initial 90 days onsite requirement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data program management, analytics delivery, commercial operations, or related roles
• Technical fluency—able to partner with engineering/analytics teams and translate between business and technical contexts, including working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, and program delivery tools like JIRA/Confluence/Smartsheet
• Strong commercial domain knowledge: sales processes, sales excellence concepts, incentive plans, headcount allocation, channel analytics
• Proven experience leading complex analytics/data programs with on-time delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Executive communication and ability to drive clarity and alignment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial data programs with clear outcomes, milestones, risks, and value realization
• Drive analytics initiatives to support sales growth, including incentive analytics, headcount planning, territory modeling, and partner performance
• Deliver executive-ready insights with concise storytelling and maintain KPI definitions and program updates
• Strengthen data quality, governance, and scalable reusable data assets across teams
• Manage stakeholder communications, release plans, training readiness, and documentation in knowledge repositories
