Job summary

Neos Talent is seeking a Senior Associate or Manager-level Data & Analytics professional for its Finance Transformation practice in the United States. You will lead analytics and automation workstreams, translate data into actionable insights, and design dashboards using Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python and SQL.

You will partner with CFOs and cross-functional teams, manage project scope and timelines, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders, while mentoring junior staff and helping

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, finance transformation, accounting advisory or business intelligence.
• A finance, accounting, information systems or related analytical background.
• Strong client-facing and project-management capabilities.
• Advanced expertise in at least one of Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python or SQL.
• Working knowledge of at least two additional analytics or data technologies.
• Experience solving finance, accounting, FP&A or reporting challenges.

Finance Data & Analytics Consulting — Finance Data Visualization

United States | Location Flexible | Hybrid and Client Travel

up to $150k Base + $50k Equity + Bonus

We are supporting a fast-growing financial consulting firm seeking a Senior Associate or Manager-level Data & Analytics professional to join its Finance Transformation practice.

This role is designed for someone who combines a strong understanding of finance or accounting with hands-on expertise in analytics, automation and data visualisation.

You will work directly with clients to improve how finance teams use data—developing automated processes, analysing complex datasets, creating executive dashboards and turning information into actionable business insights.

The role

Ideal background

• Experience in data analytics, finance transformation, accounting advisory or business intelligence

• Advanced expertise in at least one of Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python or SQL
• Working knowledge of at least two additional analytics or data technologies
• Experience solving finance, accounting, FP&A or reporting challenges
• The ability to remain hands-on while managing projects and stakeholders

CPA, Alteryx, Microsoft, Tableau or other relevant certifications are advantageous but not essential.

This could suit an established Manager or a high-performing Senior Consultant ready to take the next step.

The position can be based across the United States, although candidates must be open to travel according to client requirements.
