Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino is seeking a Project Manager for the Corporate FP&A Data Analytics team.

You’ll own delivery timelines, capacity planning, and risk management across data engineering, front-end, and AI-powered features, ensuring on-time, high-quality analytics and reporting tools for FP&A and Investor Relations. In this delivery-focused role, you’ll run agile ceremonies, steward cross-functional dependencies, and drive governance across Radar, Jira, and related tools while using

Qualifications

7+ years in technical project or program management on software or data engineering teams.
BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency with Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban) including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Capacity and resource planning across concurrent projects.
Experience tracking delivery in Radar, Jira, or similar systems, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
Experience building status reports or dashboards for leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the full project lifecycle from intake to delivery, including scoping and estimation.
Plan team capacity by mapping projects to skills and assigning work in Radar.
Surface cross-team dependencies and early delivery risks with leadership.
Coordinate deployments, release windows, and UAT across teams.
Provide visibility into project health, risks, and milestones through reports and dashboards.
Run Agile cadence (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and improve processes.
Drive follow-through on decisions and maintain current team documentation.
Leverage generative AI to automate project-management tasks and share wins across the team.
