Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, audit, advisory, valuation, or data analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formulas.
• Strong ability to interpret financial information, identify trends, reconcile data, and translate analysis into insights.
• Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting.
• Proficiency with reporting tools, data visualization, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large financial and operational datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, inconsistencies, and actionable insights.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Build and maintain Excel-based models, forecasts, reconciliations, and analytical tools.
• Assist with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, and long-term planning.
• Maintain financial databases and reporting systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with teams to analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate manual processes.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical reporting for leadership.
• Support senior team members on high-visibility analytical projects.
