You will support FP&A with budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses, while collaborating with IT to automate key reports. Strong Excel skills and detail orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Experience with financial modeling, graphs, and charts in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, timely financial reporting for executives and the Board.
• Develop, maintain, and improve recurring reports and data validation processes.
• Analyze trends, variances, and provide meaningful business insights.
• Prepare monthly board reports and board packets for on-site meetings.
• Support FP&A with budgets, analyses, forecasts, and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with IT to develop automated key metric reports.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Rotational weekend reporting roughly 1–2 hours daily.
