Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong experience in data modeling, distributed data platforms or enterprise databases, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience developing strategies for data preparation and feature engineering for large‑scale AI/ML initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable financial data architectures and solutions using modern cloud platforms and SAP HANA/Singlestore/Apache Iceberg.
• Enforce SDLC discipline, modular architecture, and system resiliency.
• Prepare structured financial datasets for AI, enable real-time data capabilities, and ensure data explainability in AI finance use cases.
• Collaborate with Finance users to deliver scalable technical solutions with clear milestones and mentor the team.
• Optimize data models and query performance for large-scale financial datasets.
