Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Data & AI Manager specializing in Microsoft Azure and Fabric to lead end-to-end data solutions for finance domains. You will guide architecture from strategy through production, and mentor teams across data engineering, analytics, and AI disciplines.

The role emphasizes governance, cost optimization, and delivering trusted finance data products with integrated Power BI reporting. Travel ~50% and client-facing collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years architecting enterprise data, analytics, or AI solutions in corporate or consulting settings.
• 4+ years designing Azure or Fabric solutions across data engineering, lakehouse, security, and multi-environment deployment.
• 4+ years of experience with finance data and processes such as planning, forecasting, close, profitability, treasury, or reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in qualifications.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements defining end-to-end Azure and Fabric architectures across data integration and governance.
• Design batch, streaming, and orchestration patterns with Fabric Data Factory, Spark, and data warehouses.
• Establish governance, data quality, observability, and cost optimization using Purview and related tools.
• Define reusable finance data products and governed semantic models for planning and reporting.
• Architect production ML and AI using Fabric Data Science and Azure AI, including MLOps and responsible AI controls.
• Manage client relationships, estimates, reviews, deployments, and support RFP responses.
