Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States (Richmond area) is seeking an experienced recruiter to execute the full placement cycle for customers and orders, with emphasis on finance, banking, and creative markets. You will build relationships with Associates and clients, conduct strategic sourcing, prescreening, interviews, and onboarding while ensuring compliance.

You will collaborate with Branch leadership to meet financial goals, provide performance analyses, and share market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Adecco Group experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year professional recruiting experience (Banking, Finance, Creative industries).
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: conducts moderately complex searches to meet inventory needs.
• Recruiting: develops strategies to attract qualified candidates in specialized industries.
• Develops a network of candidates and maintains an internal database.
• Leverages social networking, job boards, and local media to recruit top candidates.
• Assesses candidate skills and coordinates interviews and briefings.
• Extends offers and coordinates onboarding processes.
• Maintains compliant documentation of interactions in company systems.
• Coaches Associates and evaluates satisfaction via surveys.
• Delivers service enhancements and coordinates with hiring managers to meet client needs.
