Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in documenting, negotiating, and closing credit facilities, including syndicated lending, with strong academic credentials and commitment to client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sophisticated finance experience.
• Experience documenting, negotiating, closing, and due diligence for secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions.
• Syndicated credit facilities experience preferred.
• Proven management of large commercial lending transactions from inception through closing and post-closing.
• Must be licensed or eligible to practice law in North Carolina.
