Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Jr. Associate Attorney to join their Finance Practice Group, focusing on Corporate Trust matters, in their Charlotte office. This role provides the opportunity to work on sophisticated capital markets transactions within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: Includes an annual salary range of$235,000-$260,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous bonus structure
