Job Overview

Under administrative review, provides financial assistance to research study investigators and departmental administrators. Prepares budgets for submission to granting agencies, manages daily grant and budget activities, monitors grant funds, and prepares reports for management. Supervises Finance Coordinator I and others as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field with three years' grant-related accounting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills and developing financial spreadsheets.
• Research project experience preferred.

• Provide detailed year-end financial reporting and trend analysis on research dollars and grants.
• Prepare financial analyses and supervise financial staff.
