Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• At least 3 years in a Controller or Finance leadership role.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and corporate reporting packages.
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple sites or entities.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and standard costing.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing accounting software.
• Proven ability to manage month-end close and reporting deadlines.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to company locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function with strategic guidance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.
• Coordinate financial operations across multiple sites with standardized procedures.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Analyze financial performance and KPIs to support decisions.
• Manage banking relations, working capital, and liquidity.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external audits with auditors and finance teams.
• Mentor and develop the finance team across locations.
• Collaborate with operations to improve financial performance and cost savings.
• Support acquisitions and new location planning.
• Travel to company locations for audits and reviews.
