Job summary

Colby College seeks an experienced Career Design Advisor and Financial Services/Consulting Professions Specialist. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coaching, advising, and mentoring individuals in financial services or consulting fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor to students and alumni interested in financial services and consulting.
• Provide guidance on internship/job searches, interviewing, resumes, and case interviews.
• Design and deliver workshops, events, and employer programs to expand opportunities.
• Advise a portfolio of students on career design, exploration, and transitions to post-graduate life.
• Collaborate with campus partners to integrate life design into the student experience.
