Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Manager for NAI Consolidation & Reporting to lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting for North American Insurance. This role synthesizes inputs from FP&A functions into a concise narrative for senior executives.

The ideal candidate will craft well-argued analyses, identify trends and risks, and partner with FP&A leadership to deliver executive-ready packages that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Ability to develop a clear narrative around financial results.
• Collaborates with FP&A, Revenue, Expense and Strategic Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly NAI reporting end-to-end, coordinating FP&A inputs into a single executive-ready package.
• Integrate PubCo results with FP&A variance analysis across Budgets, Prior Year, Prior Forecast and Current Forecast.
• Improve structure and quality of NAI reports with clear narrative and visuals for senior leadership.
• Serve as final FP&A review point before distribution to leadership.
