Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Manager, NAI Consolidation & Reporting, to lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting for North American Insurance. You will synthesize inputs from Revenue, Expense, and Strategic Finance into a single executive-ready package, with a sharp narrative on trends, risks, and opportunities across lines of business.

The role requires deep FP&A experience, knowledge of GAAP, and collaboration across multiple finance teams to ensure accuracy and clarity for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience.
• Deep knowledge of insurance brokerage or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly NAI financial reporting package end-to-end.
• Integrate PubCo results with FP&A variance analysis across multiple dimensions.
• Maintain and improve structure, format, and quality of NAI reporting packages.
• Serve as final FP&A review point before distribution to leadership.
• Develop a well-reasoned, so-what narrative on financial performance.
