Viking Global Investors is seeking a Finance and Compensation Professional to join the compensation team within Finance. The role focuses on designing and operating compensation workflows, performing complex calculations, and supporting multi-jurisdictional payroll across the firm.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in accounting/finance or related analytical roles, strong Excel, and experience with carry programs or compensation platforms like Anaplan or Workday Payroll.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, analytical HR, management consulting or similar analytical role; 1–3 years in a compensation role preferred
• Ability to design, run, and report on quantitative analyses
• Advanced Excel proficiency and a drive to obtain maximum leverage from systems
• Carry programs experience or exposure to long-term incentive plans a plus
• Compensation technology experience with Anaplan or similar platform a plus
• Payroll systems experience with Workday Payroll preferred
• AI fluency using AI tools to accelerate analysis, modeling, or reporting workflows
• Ability to prioritize and work under competing demands
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Thoughtful planning and precise execution of compensation workflows
• Complex calculation management and identifying efficiencies
• Supporting administration of carry programs, including participant calculations, allocations and reporting
• Preparation of analyses and materials for managers and decision-makers
• Accurate and timely administration of multi-jurisdictional payroll with service providers and HR
• Producing payroll and compensation-related reporting for Tax Compliance, Corporate Accounting and HR
• Assisting with administration of the Firm's 401(k) plan
• Partnering with Recruiting on offer processes and surveys
• Evaluating third-party advisors and compensation technology and helping implement automation and process improvements
