Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate communications, preferably involving finance.
• Experience with publicly traded companies and earnings cycles.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with high EQ.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Gap Inc.’s financial narrative with clarity and consistency across audiences.
• Support quarterly cycles with earnings scripts, press releases, and Q&A docs.
• Translate financial results into engaging narratives for employees and investors.
• Develop internal comms programs including town halls and leadership forums.
• Advise the CFO on speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with Finance, IR and Media Relations to ensure accurate messaging.
• Engage with financial media to reinforce credibility and market confidence.
• Provide communications counsel aligned with legal requirements.
