Qualifications

• Current juniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Must be available to full-time from January – June 2027.
• Strong communication and teamwork with numerical and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training with guided mentorship.
• Contribute to business strategy.
• Identify and evaluate ongoing profit-generating opportunities.
• Provide business and analytical project support for finance initiatives.
• Collaborate with experienced financial professionals to develop TJX strategy.
• Perform your own analysis projects.
• Work cross-functionally with other areas of TJX.
• Create and present projects, reports, and communications for Senior Management.
