Custom Processing Services is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to supervise general accounting operations in Reading, PA. You'll work closely with the CFO and contribute significantly to our finance organization, helping to maintain our status as a leader in the industry.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial background in a fast-paced business.
• Experience in the transport industry and/or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a complex work environment.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the CFO as key financial liaison for Birchmont Transport.
• Conducting analysis and recommendations for financial matters.
• Preparing monthly reconciliations and financial statements.
• Minimizing accounts receivable and improving business processes.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
