Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is seeking a Finance Business Partner MicroE for the Americas & EMEA. The role partners with sales leadership to forecast, budget, and analyze performance, while supporting pricing and capital expenditure planning.

You will help develop key financial metrics, reports, and dashboards, and collaborate with global finance teams across regions for performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10–15 years of progressive FP&A and accounting experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to build forecasts and budgets.
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheets and cash flows with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, consolidation tools, Excel, and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business (Americas and EMEA) to understand factors impacting orders, sales and margins and drive performance.
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, including pricing and incentive plans.
• Support development of key metrics, dashboards and reports to improve efficiency and analytics.

The Finance Business Partner MicroE - Americas & EMEA partners with the VP of Sales and sales leadership to support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, performance reporting, and ad hoc analysis. The role works cross-functionally to analyze results, improve financial reporting processes, and identify trends, variances, and exposures that drive performance excellence. This position reports to the MicroE Finance director and is part of the MicroE FP&A team. The position can be located either in Port Washington, USA or Harbourgate, United Kingdom and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Partner with the business (Region Americas and EMEA) to understand internal and external factors impacting orders, sales, and margins and implement opportunities to grow business performance
• Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, including pricing plans, sales incentive plans, financial modeling, pricing setting to drive business performance.
• Support the enhancement of processes and development of key financial and operational metrics/dashboards/reports to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities
• Support MicroE Global Finance team or Global Product Management team with standard financial reporting, pricing & capital and expenditure forecast/analysis.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prefer 10-15 years of progressive experience with at least one similar role.
• A combination of progressive accounting and FP&A roles is preferred.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to build sales and order forecasts/budgets is essential.
• Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows are crucial & highly analytical and intellectually curious, with an ability to understand how things work.
• Emotionally intelligent with strong communication and interpersonal skills & experience and ability to use technology effectively and efficiently, including ERPs, Consolidation Tools, Excel, Artificial Intelligence
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: 10% or less of travel

The annual salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
