Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, forecasts, and monthly outlooks for partnered functions
• Build driver-based models linking demand and capacity to manage COGS, gross margin, EBITDA, and cash
• Establish and maintain a KPI registry emphasizing financial outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in FP&A/Finance with 2-3+ years supporting Customer Success or Product/Engineering/SaaS Ops
• Experience in driver-based forecasting and scenario planning
• Strong understanding of service-ops metrics and/or FinOps/cloud cost concepts
• Proficiency in Excel, EPM (Adaptive/Anaplan), BI (Power BI/Tableau); SQL familiarity is a plus
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred
