Smiths Interconnect, a Molex company, seeks a Financal Analyst to join the Irving, TX team. You will partner with leadership and commercial teams to drive pricing, product mix and investment decisions while delivering strong forecasting and reporting.

Collaboration across Sales, Product and Operations is essential to optimize margins and growth. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in finance, ERP and BI tool experience, and excellent communication to translate numbers into actionable business

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with pricing, revenue and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day Finance Business Partner to leadership and commercial teams.
• Support pricing, product mix and investment trade-offs.
• Partner with Sales, Product Line Managers and Operations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide insight into performance trends and translate financial results into actions.
• Own monthly orders, sales and margin reporting and explain movements.
