Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a qualified finance professional to join our corporate finance team. You will monitor KPIs, prepare budgets, forecasts, and rolling plans, and act as a trusted business partner to contract managers and account directors.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, strong Excel and financial modelling skills, and the ability to communicate complex numbers clearly to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience of preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Management Accounts
• Experience of budgeting and forecasting
• Experience of Hard Facilities Management Industry would be desirable
• Experience of working with WIP within the FM industry
• Commercial acumen, with an ability to interpret numbers and communicate key issues in a concise and clear manner to a range of audiences
• Possessing a high level of attention to detail, but commercially focussed.
• Excellent communications skills and customer service orientation.
• Engaging client facing capabilities to build and develop relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial models.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Able to deal with a fast-paced continually evolving role.
• Curious, determined with bags of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators and variance analysis to understand growth drivers.
• Develop and maintain effective business partnering relationships across operational teams.
• Work with Operational teams to improve working capital performance, including debt and WIP management.
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts to manage divisional results.
• Utilise Accounting System and CAFM system to analyse financial data, create insightful reports, and identify trends.
• Support in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings.
• Ensure compliance with group finance policy and establish additional policy/procedure as required.

About You:
