CFA Institute is hiring a Finance Business Partner to act as a strategic FP&A partner to assigned business areas in the United States. This hands-on role focuses on turning data into clear decisions, shaping the financial story and guiding senior stakeholders with insightful recommendations.
You will own core planning, monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting rhythms, while improving data quality and finance tooling usage across the organization. A CPA, MBA, or CFA progress is helpful.

This is a hands‑on business partnering role for someone who can work with the numbers, shape the narrative and bring thoughtful recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Partner closely with business leaders and help shape decisions across a global organisation. Actual salary within the stated ranges will depend on the individual's experience, qualifications, skills, location, and other job‑related factors.
