Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to London)

Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our client's growing team. This role will provide crucial support to the CFO in managing the financial operations of the business. You will be responsible for budgeting, tracking spend, and working closely with business operations to ensure financial goals are met. The ideal candidate will thrive in an analytical environment and have the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis & Budgeting: Assist the COO in preparing, managing, and monitoring financial budgets across various departments. Help track spend and assess budget adherence while providing insights for improvements.
2. Business Operations Support: Collaborate with business operations to ensure financial processes align with operational goals, enabling strategic decision-making and efficient resource allocation.
3. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics tools and techniques to interpret financial data, producing actionable insights to support growth and efficiency across revenue streams.
4. Revenue Stream Management: Work with teams to analyze and optimize performance of revenue streams, providing forecasts and supporting operational decisions.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a bridge between finance and operational teams, translating financial data into strategic insights for non-financial stakeholders.
6. Ad-Hoc Support: Provide financial analysis and reporting for the COO and senior management as needed. Occasional travel to London for meetings or strategic discussions.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a finance business partner role or similar, preferably in a fast-paced or growing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience managing budgets and financial planning processes.
• Exposure to multiple revenue streams and understanding of supporting business operations financially.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams and leadership.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously.
