Finance Business Operations Manager, Marketing

This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Responsibilities
  1. Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for in-app promotional content and Reality Labs Marketing organizations.
  2. Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to manage revenue displacements and marketing spend allocation.
  3. Build data models and infrastructure to improve core reporting and processes for in-app promotions.
  4. Conduct analyses to drive sound investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend.
  5. Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across marketing, product growth, and decision science teams.
  6. Help define and implement scalable financial processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 7+ years of experience in finance, business strategy, analytics, or a related function.
  2. BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Business, Math, or equivalent.
  3. Experience manipulating data sets and work with system and analytics tools (e.g. Hyperion, SQL).
  4. Experience in applicable accounting concepts, financial planning, and reporting cycles.
  5. Experience managing financials with business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in marketing and digital advertising technology fields.
  2. Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions.
  3. Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time.

Compensation

US$128,000/year to US$187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
