Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants for a Finance Business/Data Analyst position at a Fortune 15 Healthcare company. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Finance teams, business stakeholders, and technology teams to elicit and document requirements for billing system reports, analytics, and dashboards.
• Taking ownership of requirements through analysis, design, development, and unit/UAT testing.
• Building requirements for data movement from SAP to GCP BigQuery and into data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Ensuring all requirements are satisfied.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong financial system experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write queries to extract data.
• A conceptual understanding of data modeling.
• The ability to understand code and test its functionality to ensure it meets requirements, being accountable for the overall solution.
• A proven track record of learning new domains and processes, both business and technical.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker and/or Tableau preferred.
• General knowledge of GCP BigQuery preferred.
• A strong Finance/Accounting background.
• Previous experience working with SAP.
• The ability to work independently once given initial direction.
• Flexibility and adaptability while maintaining appropriate control.
• Self-motivation, drive, and a quick learning ability.
