The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of management experience, and 3+ years of P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years management experience in related industries (Vacuum, Pump Trucks, Underground Construction, etc.)
• 3+ years full Profit & Loss management experience

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a one-year business plan ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and supervisor's plan
• Enhances area strategic positioning
• Grows Badger's business through a strong operational base, market brand, and customer service for long-term profitability
• Upholds health and safety standards as a daily priority and holds direct reports accountable
• Maintains strong relationships with customers through excellent service
