Job summary

Sephora, part of LVMH, offers a 10‑week Finance BP&A internship focusing on Central costs at the San Francisco FSC site. The program develops early‑career professionals through hands‑on analysis, cross‑functional projects, and exposure to Finance leadership.

You will support Real Estate and IT Finance, work with systems like Anaplan, SAP, and Finario, and help narrate the numbers behind the reports. Eligible graduates in 2027/2028 may relocate and join a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Coursework or experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort learning financial planning and reporting systems such as Anaplan, SAP, and Finario.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in improving processes and financial models.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate financial analysis into an understandable business story.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with Finance and cross-functional business partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Sephora North America Real Estate and IT Finance through monthly analytical exercises and ad hoc analysis across Real Estate, IT, and CapEx deliverables.
• Evaluate current processes and analytical tools to identify opportunities to improve and streamline central costs and cross-charge processes.
• Partner with Finance, including Accounting and other BP&A team members, and departmental business partners to effectively manage finance activities.
• Utilize financial systems, including Anaplan, SAP, Finario, and Excel, to improve financial reports and models and help narrate the story behind the numbers.
• Present key learnings and insights to Finance leadership throughout the internship and before its conclusion, while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and Sephora leaders.
