Responsibilities

• Review manual accounting workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Build repeatable processes across systems, exports, reports, and data sources.
• Improve reconciliations, journal-entry prep, close tracking, reporting, and exception management.
• Connect operational data to accounting/finance processes.
• Create templates, scripts, dashboards, workflows, and documentation to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, operations, and tech teams to close gaps.
