Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or consulting, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and audit practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Design and maintain advanced Excel models for financial reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational data for decision-making.
• Partner with leadership on financial viability assessments of new projects.

Skills

Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA)

Advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query, PivotTables)

Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools

Knowledge of SQL or database integration for financial reporting

Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
