Under the general guidance of the Controller - Americas FP&A, Marine & Switchgear, this Finance Associate - SG&A & CapEx position provides financial and analytical support with direct business partnership across Power Systems North America. The Finance Associate - SG&A & CapEx is responsible for indirect expense management including engineering and development projects, selling and marketing, advertising adherence, systems and BES investments, and unit administrative costs. In addition, this position leads the capital planning process for Power Systems North America, including annual target setting, project-level investment planning, and monthly forecasting and adherence. This Finance Associate - SG&A & CapEx role will also provide dedicated financial ownership of the Switchgear business, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while partnering closely with business leaders to drive financial discipline and informed decision-making.
